We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing team in optimizing processes, managing marketing data, and improving campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing technology, data analysis, campaign management, and operational excellence. The intern will gain hands-on experience with marketing tools, reporting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support the maintenance and organization of marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Assist with marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms and systems.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to support lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Document marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Support the implementation and testing of marketing technology tools and integrations.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms and email marketing.
