Review all received enquiries for completeness; raise clarifications with the client or BD team before commencing estimation.
Qualify all incoming leads in coordination with the BD team before allocating to Proposal Engineers.
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals ensuring compliance with client specifications and MASPL quality standards.
Allocate enquiries to Proposal Engineers based on complexity, sector, and team workload.
Review and approve all offers prepared by Proposal Engineers before final submission to clients.
Coordinate with the SCM Executive, OEM partners, and vendors for current pricing and technical data needed for estimation.
Maintain tracking of all receipt dates, submission deadlines, status, and revision history in ZOHO CRM.
Follow up with clients or the BD team on submitted proposals for feedback, clarifications, or revision requests.
Ensure all proposals are version-controlled and archived per MASPL QMS documentation requirements.
Provide proposal support to BD Head on high-value or strategically complex bids.
Continuously improve proposal templates, estimation tools, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to the MASPL ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; follow all QMS-defined processes, maintain records and documents as required by the QMS, and support continual improvement of the system.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
