Job Title: Telecaller
Company: Adithi Associates – Tax Practitioners
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain the company's services, including GST Registration, GST Return Filing, Income Tax Filing, MSME/Udyam Registration, K-SWIFT Registration, Project Reports, Loan Assistance, and other tax consultancy services.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Send service details and brochures through WhatsApp and email.
Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Prepare and submit daily call and lead reports.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
Good communication skills in Malayalam. Basic English communication is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
