Responsible for all the cash transaction activities in the store.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Excel Ensure smoothes processing of promotions during billing.
· Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy
· Record and tally inward and outward bills on daily basis
· Maintain records of all the expenses
· Maintain record and receipts Credit Card payments
· Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
· Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
· Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
· Knowledge of working on billing system and MS Excel.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Graduate with Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience as a cashier.
· Should be from: Gold/Jewellery Industry.
