Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader with over 10 years of experience across the Oracle technology stack — including SOA Suite, OIC, EBS, Fusion Cloud, Analytics & Reporting, OCI, and Oracle APEX including AI/ML-driven analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in solution design, system integration, and proposal preparation for enterprise-scale implementations.
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience in Oracle technologies.

Hands-on expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EBS (R12 or later), and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Strong experience in Oracle Analytics / BI / Reporting tools, with exposure to AI/ML-based data insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and deployments.

Proficiency in Data Migration to Fusion

Proficiency in Oracle APEX development and customization.

Experience in integrating AI capabilities (chatbots, data models, or embedded ML) within Oracle applications or analytics platforms is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in technical solution design, architecture reviews, and proposal/RFP drafting.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and interact with senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Drive technical solutioning for RFPs/RFIs — including proposal preparation, solution architecture, and effort estimation.

Prepare and review technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.

Collaborate with functional teams to align business requirements with technical feasibility.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration management, and performance optimization.

Lead client discussions, provide technical presentations, and support pre-sales activities.
