We are seeking a caring, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
Position Summary
The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities that support the overall growth and well-being of young children. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment, encourage children's curiosity and creativity, and ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children in their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage children's creativity, independence, and social skills.
- Follow all childcare regulations, policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
