Key Responsibilities
· Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-book clients across the wealth and investment segment. Identify opportunities through market intelligence, referrals and networking to build a healthy client pipeline.
· Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with the existing client portfolio. Conduct regular engagement and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth in wallet share.
· Investment Advisory & Product Structuring: Understand client risk profiles and financial goals; recommend suitable products across the product suite. Structure proposals aligned with client needs and regulatory guidelines.
· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client onboarding, KYC and transaction documentation is completed accurately and on time, in line with SEBI/regulatory and internal compliance norms.
· Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, tracking of maturities and premiums, monitoring of client accounts, and maintain a high-quality book with minimal drop-offs or lapses.
· Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalise on cross-sell opportunities across the full product suite to maximise client value and revenue per client.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduation in Finance, B.Com, or a related field (mandatory).
· Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field — an added advantage.
· 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
· NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification — added advantage/bonus.
· Strong understanding of investment products, client suitability and risk profiling.
· Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
· Proven ability to drive sales targets while managing client risk and compliance.
