Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who understands the fitness industry and can contribute to the growth of our Ambala branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads and convert inquiries into memberships
- Maintain and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct gym tours, explain membership plans, and upsell services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the front desk and fitness trainers for a seamless client experience
- Represent the Fit7 brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and goal-oriented
- Basic knowledge of fitness and gym services is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
