Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and generate sales for luxury residential project
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and personalized tours
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and follow up with leads regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closure
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
4–10 years of experience in luxury sales (real estate, automobiles, jewelry, premium retail, etc.)
Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients preferred
Proven track record of high-value deal closures
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Presentable personality with professional etiquette
Customer-centric approach
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
