We are looking for a detail-oriented Call Center Operator to assist with picking up phone calls and speaking to customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers to be able to speak to customer and assist with various questions they have. Must be english that people in America can understand.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly
- Ability to compare multiple spreadsheets, identify missing or incorrect information, and take corrective action.
Work Schedule
- Standard working hours are generally 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- As the company primarily serves clients in the USA, candidates should be flexible to occasionally work or coordinate during US business hours when required.
