Job Overview
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role combines creative content production with analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, captions, blogs, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports
- Engage with followers and build community relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns (preferred)
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, graphic design)
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of analytics tools and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid ads and boosting strategies
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Influencer outreach experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
