Why This Role Exists
Our clients need visuals that stop the scroll and videos that hold attention. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who blends creative instinct with technical mastery — and who knows how to make content perform on social platforms, not just look polished.
What You'll Do — Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and social ads
- Produce corporate films, testimonials, and product explainer videos
- Handle colour grading for a clean, consistent, on-brand look
- Add sound design, audio mixing, and music sync to enhance impact
- Adapt videos into 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 formats for cross-platform delivery
- Stay current on trends — editing styles, formats, and emerging platform behaviours
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in both video editing and motion graphics
- Strong portfolio showing both edited videos and motion graphics work
- Proficient in After Effects (non-negotiable for motion graphics)
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing
- Ability to create smooth, professional animations — beyond basic transitions
- Experience with at least one AI video tool (CapCut AI, Gemini, Kling AI, RunwayML, etc.)
- Understanding of social media content formats and platform specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time without compromising quality
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with colour grading
- Basic audio mixing knowledge
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO
- Prior agency or brand experience
