Position: Raw Material Stores Incharge/Executive

Experience: 6–7 Years
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Corrugated Packaging, or Paper Industry.
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of raw materials used in corrugated box manufacturing, ensuring material availability, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely receipt, unloading, and storage of all incoming raw materials as per company procedures and safety standards.
- Verify incoming material quantity and documentation (Invoice, Delivery Challan, PO, etc.) and coordinate with QA for Goods Receipt Inspection (GRI) clearance.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update inventory transactions in ERP/software.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of raw materials.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and production plans.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification activities.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement and consumption.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase team for replenishment.
- Maintain stores housekeeping, safety standards, and material traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare inventory, consumption, and stock aging reports for management review.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 6–7 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse, preferably in Corrugated Packaging, Paper, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and stock control processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
