Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for IT certification courses.
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social platforms to promote certifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT certification programs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in EdTech or IT training sales).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical courses in a simple, client-friendly way.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
