Job Role : Manager - Industrial Relations
Location : Ratnagiri
Roles and Responsiblities
- Ensure harmonious working and peaceful atmosphere at factory premises
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain harmonious union/workforce relations
- Handle labour grievances, conflicts and ensure timely resolution
- Drive culture development and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and workforce discipline
- Ensures adherence to all labor laws, acts (e.g., Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act), and statutory requirements, acting as the liaison with government labor departments.
- Manages contractors and compliance for contractual employees to ensure adherence to industrial regulations.
- Develops, implements, and enforces IR policies, disciplinary processes, and safety protocols.
- Oversees worker welfare, security, housekeeping, and other administrative services
- Promote communication between management and workforce
- Manage Industrial canteen and other support facilities for the contractors and workers
- Manage workforce welfare and skill promotion schemes and initiatives
