Position:
Sales ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targetsLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performanceAnalyze sales trends and market opportunitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsCollaborate with internal departments for seamless operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management and Business DevelopmentStrong team leadership and people management skillsExcellent customer relationship management abilitiesStrong analytical and strategic thinkingOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the automotive industry will be an added advantageKnowledge of CRM tools and sales management systems.
