We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Holiday Consultant to join our growing travel team in Delhi. This role involves assisting customers with travel planning, suggesting suitable holiday packages, and ensuring smooth end-to-end booking support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties
- Attend to customer inquiries related to holiday packages through calls, emails, and direct walk-in interactions.
- Understand client travel requirements and prepare customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.
- Present and sell domestic as well as international travel packages and related services.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and travel partners for booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build lasting customer relationships through prompt service and regular follow-ups.
- Assist clients with travel-related information, including visa procedures, documentation, and destination guidelines.
- Update customer records, booking details, and payment information accurately in CRM or internal systems.
Desired Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday planning, or travel consulting roles.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform in a target-driven and fast-moving work environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and travel booking tools will be an added advantage.
