Role Overview
We are looking for a Barista All-Rounder who can handle coffee preparation, basic beverage service, and assist in overall café operations. Someone energetic, responsible, and guest-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee using espresso machines (specialty coffee preferred)
- Handle beverages including mocktails, basic cocktails, and café drinks
- Take customer orders and ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area
- Assist in food service when required
- Manage basic inventory for bar and café items
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming vibe
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in café/bar/restaurant
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing & milk texturing
- Understanding of hygiene and service standards
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
