Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Checker to inspect fabric, in-process garments and finished pieces, ensuring output meets buyer and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect fabric, cut panels and stitched garments for defects.
- Check measurements against specification sheets.
- Segregate defective pieces and record rejection reasons.
- Support AQL-based inspection for finished goods where required.
- Report recurring quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily quality inspection records.
- Ensure packed garments meet buyer packing standards.
Requirements
- 10th/12th pass; prior garment quality checking experience preferred.
- Good eye for detail in identifying fabric and stitching defects.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tapes and specification sheets.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Basic written record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory/production environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
