We are looking for an experienced and responsible Mill In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rice mill. The person will be responsible for managing production activities, planning raw material (paddy/dhan) requirements and purchases, supervising the milling section, and ensuring smooth and efficient mill operations.
The role will also involve basic accounts checking, inventory monitoring, cost control, and coordination with management to ensure production targets and operational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day mill operations and production.
- Prepare production plans and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Plan raw material (paddy/dhan) requirements based on production needs.
- Coordinate and plan paddy purchases, stock levels, and availability.
- Supervise the milling section, workers, machinery, and overall production process.
- Monitor production quality, wastage, recovery, and efficiency.
- Maintain proper records of raw materials, production, stock, and finished goods.
- Perform basic checking of accounts, expenses, purchases, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, workers, and other departments as required.
- Report daily/regular production and operational updates to management.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure smooth, disciplined, and cost-effective functioning of the mill.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
