Job Details : Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work)
Salary Range : 15k - 20k Per Month
Qualification : Degree/ Diploma / ITI / Any
Experience : Freshers - 1+ Year
Shift: Day shift & 6 day's working
Skills Needed :
- OS installation and Trouble shooting
- Opening the Desktop and Replacing the parts
- Good Communication skills
Location : Madhavaram, Chennai
Two wheeler must ( Fuel Allowances will be provided)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
- Assist employees with IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide guidance on using software applications and IT equipment.
- Train users on new software and system updates.
