We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for Quick Hub. The ideal candidate will possess strong prospecting, communication, and sales development skills and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct in-depth prospect research and identify target accounts.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across industries and market segments.
- Build and maintain high-quality lead databases using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clay.
- Perform advanced Boolean searches to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Enrich and verify contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Outreach & Engagement
- Develop personalized cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Follow structured follow-up sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.
- Customize messaging based on account research and prospect pain points.
Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor outreach performance and sales development metrics.
- Generate activity reports and pipeline updates.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunities generated.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
