Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our high-end Furniture Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate should possess a strong established network within the design and construction industry and a proven track record of securing bulk commercial and residential orders. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and General Contractors for project tie-ups. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and secure bulk furniture orders from commercial projects, corporate offices, hospitality sectors (hotels/restaurants), and educational institutes.
Client Management: Conduct corporate presentations, handle high-level client meetings, understand project specifications, and effectively close deals.
Market Expansion: Pitch our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to industry professionals to position our brand as their preferred execution partner.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal production and design teams to ensure client requirements and project timelines are met seamlessly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of active sales/business development experience in the Furniture, Plywood, Modular Kitchen, or Luxury Interior industry.
Network:An active, pre-existing network of local Architects and Interior Designers in the Delhi NCR region is highly preferred.
Skills:Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A self-motivated individual with a sharp entrepreneurial mindset.
Mobility:Must be comfortable with regular field visits for client meetings and site inspections.
Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience and network strength).
Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based commission/incentives on every successful order closed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
