About the Role
Torque is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive event and party bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads into confirmed bookings while also developing new business by visiting corporates, businesses, and local communities to generate event opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Sales
- Call all leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable party or event packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for birthdays, corporate parties, anniversaries, kitty parties, farewell parties, and other celebrations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Maintain lead records and update daily sales status.
2. Corporate Business Development
- Visit corporate offices, IT parks, startups, and local businesses across Noida and Greater Noida.
- Build relationships with HR teams, Admin departments, Office Managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate corporate bookings for team lunches, office parties, annual celebrations, client events, and employee engagement activities.
- Present Torque's event packages, banquet facilities, and special corporate offers.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships and repeat business.
3. Brand Representation
- Represent Torque professionally during client meetings and networking activities.
- Promote the restaurant's event spaces, food offerings, and customized packages.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings.
4. Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Increase repeat customers and referral business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and local partnerships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confident in handling customer calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Comfortable traveling within Noida, Greater Noida, and nearby corporate hubs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in hospitality sales, restaurant sales, banquet sales, event sales, business development, or telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales attitude may also apply.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred (any stream).
- Diploma or relevant experience in Sales, Hospitality, or Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
