Role Overview
Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, attendance, payroll support, employee records, and general people management. This role is central to keeping the HR function organised and ensuring a smooth employee experience across all locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and pre-onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/MIS with candidate status.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles.
Onboarding & Employee Records
- Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners, including documentation and ID/access setup.
- Maintain and update employee master data, personal files, and HR databases (physical and digital).
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience/relieving letters.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, biometric/attendance system logs, and resolve discrepancies.
- Track leaves, half-days, late-marks, and maintain accurate leave balances for all employees.
- Coordinate with department heads/managers on attendance-related issues and irregularities.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
- Collate and verify attendance, leave, and incentive data for accurate monthly payroll input.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts team for salary processing, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries (salary slips, PF, ESIC, TDS, deductions, etc.).
- Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, and other applicable labour law filings.
Day-to-Day HR Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and general HR support.
- Support performance review cycles, appraisal documentation, and tracking.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Handle exit formalities including resignation processing, exit interviews, and clearance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws across all locations.
- Prepare routine HR reports and MIS (headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.) for management review.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, attendance, and payroll support.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
