Responsibilities: Selected Academic Counsellors post their in-depth training on the various course offerings of Sai University will have the undermentioned as their day-to-day responsibilities:
● Counsel prospective students about the programmes offered of all schools across the University
● Maintain call records and follow-up systematically through telephone calls, recording all details in the software
● Maintain a database and work on a target list (a certain minimum every day)
● Create and share updates and reports with the Manager, Admissions
● Develop insights about the types of leads and recommend unique ways of engaging with the students/parents
● Study various avenues and forums where prospective students congregate
● Handle any other admissions and outreach task assigned by the Manager, Admissions
