We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to lead inside sales activities, drive revenue growth, and mentor the inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and team handling within the IT, telecom, or networking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive lead generation through outbound calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Monitor team productivity, ensuring outbound calls per executive per day.
- Assign leads, review daily performance, and provide coaching to improve conversions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM.
- Coordinate with field sales, product, and technical teams for opportunity closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B inside sales and team management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with 3–4 years of experience in one or more of the following domains will be preferred:
