Job Title: Sales Lead Manager (Real Estate – Landhub)

Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Sales Lead Manager to handle incoming leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Your job is simple: convert interested people into serious buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Call and qualify potential buyers
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Coordinate site visits with clients
- Maintain basic lead tracking (Excel/CRM)
- Work closely with the founder for deal closures
Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience in sales (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (Telugu + Hindi + basic English)
- Confident on phone calls and follow-ups
- Hungry for incentives (this is not a fixed-salary comfort job)
- Basic knowledge of Hyderabad areas is a plus
