Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Business Development Specialist of water supply projects across Pan India.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Specialist who will responsible for identifying and securing EPC business opportunities in water supply and infrastructure projects by managing client relationships, tracking tenders, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop EPC opportunities in water supply and pipeline projects.
- Monitor government and private sector tenders.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
- Coordinate bid preparation with technical and commercial teams.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Support contract negotiations and business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of business development experience in EPC, water supply, or infrastructure projects.
Skills:
- Knowledge of EPC contracting and tendering processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal preparation.
