Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the mixing mill machine.
- Feed raw rubber and ingredients into the mill according to production formulas.
- Ensure proper mixing and consistency of the rubber compound.
- Adjust machine settings such as roller gap, speed, and temperature.
- Check product quality during and after mixing.
- Follow safety procedures while handling machinery and chemicals.
- Clean and maintain the equipment.
- Record production data and report any machine issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
