Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Tele-Recruitment Associates to join our growing hiring operations team. In this role, you will connect with job seekers through outbound calls, introduce gig and quick-commerce opportunities, and support candidates throughout their onboarding journey.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and the motivation to achieve conversion targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from the assigned lead pool.
- Explain job opportunities, earning potential, and role details clearly and effectively.
- Address candidate queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Assist candidates with onboarding, documentation, and profile activation processes.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure onboarding completion and successful joining.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM for all interactions and status changes.
- Achieve daily and monthly productivity and conversion targets.
- Escalate candidate concerns or operational issues to the Team Leader as required.
- Participate in training sessions, process updates, and performance reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates are preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, recruitment, or customer interaction roles.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Odia and/or Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
