Role Summary
The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Mathematics as per State Board syllabus, strengthening students’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and improving exam results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Duties
Teach Mathematics as per Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans and worksheets.
Complete syllabus within academic schedule.
Conduct regular class tests and assignments.
2. Concept & Skill Development
Build strong fundamentals in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and other topics (as per grade).
Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Provide step-by-step explanations for clarity.
3. Exam & Evaluation
Prepare question papers and model tests.
Correct answer sheets and provide feedback.
Focus on improving 10th and 12th public exam results (if handling higher grades).
4. Support for Weak Students
Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching.
Give additional practice problems.
Track student progress regularly.
5. Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and positive learning environment.
Monitor attendance and participation.
Communicate student performance to parents during PTMs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
B.Ed. mandatory (especially for higher grades).
Strong conceptual knowledge.
Good communication skills (Tamil & English).
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling State Board exam classes.
Strong board exam result record (for higher grades).
Ability to simplify complex problems.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,643.68 - ₹35,000.00 per month
