About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify and acquire new clients for Biofics' waste management products and services.
You will pitch sustainable solutions — OWC machines, Biogas plants, and Bio-CNG systems to industries, housing societies, hospitality groups, and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
- Pitch Biofics' product and service portfolio to prospective clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain CRM records and weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with operations team post sale for smooth onboarding
Requirements:-
- Graduate in any stream ( B.E , B.Tech. )
- 0–1 year of B2B/field sales experience (freshers with strong drive welcome)
- Good communication in Hindi, and English
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
