ReDial Clinic Private Limited is a physician-led healthcare clinic focused on metabolic health and lifestyle management. We work with patients dealing with conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and other metabolic concerns through structured clinical and lifestyle interventions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Nutrition Sales Consultant who has a strong background in Nutrition/Dietetics along with 4+ years of sales experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective patients, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable healthcare programs and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective patients regarding ReDial Clinic's programs and services.
- Understand patient requirements and communicate appropriate solutions.
- Handle leads, follow-ups, calls and enquiries effectively.
- Convert prospective patients into program enrollments.
- Build trust and maintain a professional, patient-centric approach.
- Use nutrition and healthcare knowledge to communicate confidently with patients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
- Contribute towards improving conversions and overall sales performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Good understanding of nutrition, diet and lifestyle management.
- Prior experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, weight management, diabetes/metabolic health or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and conversion skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
