Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Develop talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Employee Relations
Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Promote a productive and collaborative work environment.
Performance & Development
Assist in performance management processes.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Strong recruitment and talent management skills.
Experience in employee relations and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor compliance, and performance management.
Ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations preferred.

Role Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports Reddonatura's growth and organizational goals.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
