Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Queries through Whatsapp Chat and Calls
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and escalations.
- Ability to convert the leads into sales and follow up them till delivery of the product
- Good Communication Skills required
- Must speak Hindi, English effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve recurring client pain points.
- Escalate product or tech-related issues quickly with clear documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
