We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and OCR technologies. The ideal candidate will build and deploy intelligent AI solutions combining LLMs, document processing, and Agentic workflows to solve real-world business challenges.

Design and develop end-to-end RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.

Build document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and metadata filtering workflows.

Develop production-grade AI applications using LangChain, agents, tools, and memory.

Architect stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph.

Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, and cloud Document AI services.

Integrate OCR outputs with NLP/LLM pipelines for automated document understanding.

Monitor AI systems, improve response quality, and implement guardrails.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Strong experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).

Expertise in LangChain (LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs) and LangGraph.

Hands-on experience with OCR engines and cloud document AI services.

Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices.

Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or Mistral.

Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.

Familiarity with OpenCV, Pillow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Multi-modal RAG and hybrid search implementations.

Agentic AI patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Reflexion).

Experience with LangSmith, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, and IDP platforms.

Multi-lingual OCR and Indic language processing experience.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
