Join our growing organization as we launch a premier Quartz and Quartzite open-pit mining operation located in Maheshwas (Near Phulera), Rajasthan. Dedicated to sustainable extraction and operational excellence, we are currently in the pivotal greenfield stage of this venture.
We are seeking a highly capable, driven, and experienced Second Class Mining Engineer who possesses the entrepreneurial mindset and technical expertise required to establish a new mining project from the ground up. If you excel in navigating the intricacies of mining operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and building infrastructure from scratch, we want you to lead our on-site team.
Key Responsibilities
Greenfield Project Setup:Spearhead the establishment of all essential mining infrastructure for the new Maheshwas (Near Phulera) site, taking the project from initial planning to full-scale operational status.
Operational Leadership:Manage the day-to-day intricacies of open-pit mining operations, overseeing and optimizing block cutting, drilling, blasting, extraction, and mineral processing to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
Compliance & Safety Management: Ensure strict, uncompromising adherence to all statutory mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate seamlessly between the site, corporate headquarters, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Community Relations: Utilize strong people-handling skills to proactively engage with the local community, fostering positive relationships and resolving any grassroots issues diplomatically.
Resource Management:Manage, maintain, and optimize mining equipment, machinery, and site resources.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (Required).
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of comprehensive total work experience in open-pit mineral mining operations.
Project Development: Proven capability, willingness, and hands-on experience in establishing new mining projects from the ground up.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the operational intricacies of open-pit mining (specific experience with quartz/quartzite is highly advantageous) alongside a strong working knowledge of basic computer software and technology.
Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in all current mining compliances, labor laws, and environmental guidelines.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a specific track record of successfully managing local community relations and diverse stakeholder groups.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: Competitive five-figure salary (₹60,000 per month) commensurate with experience.

Maheshwas (Near Phulera), Rajasthan: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the site or be willing to relocate prior to their start date (Required).
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
