Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with loan and overdraft applications.
- Collect and verify customer documents and KYC details.
- Support the loan processing and approval process.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and address their queries.
- Follow up on pending documents and loan status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Keep customer records updated and accurate.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of loans, overdrafts, and KYC procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, or Business preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
