Job Overview Position: Account Manager (Solar Distribution)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Field visits)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B account management, dealer network management, or channel sales (Solar, Electrical, or Power backup industry preferred)
Budget: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 LPA
Key Responsibilities Dealer & Channel Management:
- Nurture relationships with authorized sub-dealers, solar system integrators, and retail networks to ensure consistent stock movement.
- Client Retention & Growth: Manage key institutional accounts (commercial complexes, real estate developers, and local factories looking for solar solutions).
- Supply Chain & Order Coordination: Coordinate with the main brand manufacturers and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery of solar panels, inverters, and accessories.
- Payment Recovery: Take ownership of tracking credit cycles, resolving billing issues, and securing timely payments from dealers and clients.
- Requirements & Skills Proven experience in distribution networks
- —ideally managing technical, high-value goods like solar modules, components, or electrical inventory. Strong negotiation, target tracking, and relationship-building skills. Must be comfortable traveling locally to remote project sites or busy dealer markets across Hyderabad. Fluency in Telugu and Hindi/English is essential for handling regional distributor networks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
