Job Title: Spoken English Trainer / Language Activity Facilitator
We are looking for energetic and passionate Spoken English Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an immersive English-speaking environment within schools. Your goal is not just to teach grammar, but to spark a love for the language through interactive activities, clubs, and daily engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Activity-Based Learning: Design and conduct fun, engaging activities that help students learn new sentences and improve their vocabulary naturally.
- English Club Administrator: Lead and manage the school’s "English Club," organizing weekly events, debates, and creative sessions.
- Daily Interaction: Facilitate daily prayer activities and engage with students casually during their free time to build their confidence in speaking.
- Academic Excellence: Work towards building a strong academic reputation for the program through trust and consistent student progress.
- Student Engagement: Be a mentor who enjoys spending time with students and understands their learning needs.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in English Literature (B.A. / M.A. English) is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred, but passionate freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Mindset: Must have a "passion for fashion"—a deep interest in teaching and a high level of involvement in school activities.
- Soft Skills: Trustworthy, approachable, and able to maintain a positive rapport with school management and students.
