Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic Medical Representatives to expand our pharmaceutical business across Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales goals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and medical staff.
- Increase product visibility and support prescription generation.
- Meet assigned sales objectives and territory coverage plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management team.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Participate in product training sessions and implement sales strategies effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a strong interest in pharma sales are welcome to apply.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
