- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies related to pharmacy operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and prevent stock-outs or expiries.
- Review prescriptions for completeness and appropriateness and resolve medication-related issues in consultation with physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and pharmacy transactions.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities.
- Promote patient counseling and medication safety practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
