Job Overview Wello Retail Private Limited is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager / Senior Purchase Executive with strong experience in pharmaceutical/medicine procurement. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end medicine purchasing, vendor management, price negotiation, stock availability and timely procurement.
Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end purchase of medicines and pharmaceutical products. Source medicines from distributors, manufacturers and authorized suppliers. Identify and develop new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers. Negotiate prices, credit terms, schemes, discounts and payment terms with vendors. Prepare and release Purchase Orders as per requirement. Ensure timely availability of medicines and avoid stock-outs. Coordinate with warehouse, pharmacy, inventory and accounts teams. Monitor purchase prices, market rates and vendor schemes.
Required Skills • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/medicine purchase. • Good knowledge of medicine distributors and suppliers in Delhi/NCR. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical brands, products and market prices. • Good understanding of inventory and stock management. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP software. • Strong analytical and commercial skills. • Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
