We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Zoho CRM to join our dynamic team at Weaddo. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing journeys primarily within the Zoho ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, and design teams to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement through data-driven automation strategies.

Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Zoho CRM and related tools like Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation.

Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms (CMS, website, WhatsApp APIs, third-party tools).

Build and maintain workflows, blueprints, and automation rules within Zoho CRM.

Ensure data hygiene, lead lifecycle management, and compliance with data regulations.

Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Zoho tools and automation best practices.

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation strategies using Zoho ecosystem tools.

Design and implement lead capture, nurturing, and re-engagement workflows.

Automate multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web engagement.

Set up lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages within Zoho CRM.

Execute personalized campaigns and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.

Align automation strategies with broader marketing efforts (paid campaigns, social media, and content marketing).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Zoho dashboards and reporting tools.

Track key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

Continuously optimize workflows, campaigns, and customer journeys for better performance.

Conduct A/B testing and generate actionable insights.

Stay updated with new features and best practices within the Zoho ecosystem.

Work closely with account managers, strategists, and creative teams to translate business goals into automation workflows.

Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to clients.

Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

2–5 years of experience in marketing automation with strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM

Experience with Zoho suite (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Analytics)

Understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and sales funnel optimization
