Responsibilities
Primary ( what he/she does 80% of the time)
* Defines and implements sales / revenue strategy. Responsible for driving revenues from India Government Vertical.
* Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for Government vertical
* Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
* Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
* Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
* Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects
* To develop and implement a business strategy, a business plan and a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
for a specific mid-size territory.
* Responsible for customer satisfaction, market participation and revenue within the territory and may act as the senior
interface with key customers
* Maintains effective business relationships with senior management and, on occasion, influences client's
executive management
* Ensures all targets with respect to collections are fulfilled
* Interfaces with the senior management on key accounts
* Works closely with the marketing team to achieve desired market positioning
* Organization capability building – people skills and process maturity (it’s a conscious effort involving
gap identifications, action planning, execution and review mechanism.)

* Has complete understanding and is the acknowledged authority in his domain area
* Has in-depth understanding of Business and Market conditions that drive business.
* High degree of People Management Skills.
* Skills to facilitate inter personal and inter department work issues.

* Extremely good negotiation skills and communication skills.
Qualification Experience
Engineer and MBA 15 + years
