Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application features to enhance business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Experience in designing and optimizing graph database models to support complex data relationships.
- Ability to integrate Neo4j with various application frameworks and data sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to graph databases.
- Familiarity with query languages and performance tuning specific to Neo4j environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
