Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain life insurance products.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
