The Senior HR Manager at TRIOS is responsible for leading and executing strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role ensures HR compliance, culture development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while driving HR best practices to support TRIOS’ business growth across coworking, managed offices, and office interior projects.
✅ Successfully hire and onboard X key hires per quarter in alignment with business expansion plans.
✅ Reduce time-to-hire to 30 days for critical roles while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards.
✅ Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring at least 50% of new hires come through proactive sourcing.
✅ Maintain an employee engagement score of 85%+ through effective initiatives and communication.
✅ Achieve 90%+ employee retention for high-performing employees through career growth programs and recognition initiatives.
✅ Conduct quarterly feedback sessions and implement at least 3 employee experience enhancements per year.
✅ Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
✅ Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, company handbooks, and SOPs to ensure clarity and alignment with TRIOS’ values.
✅ Implement an HRMS system to automate payroll, leave management, and performance tracking.
✅ Establish a structured performance management system, ensuring 100% of employees receive quarterly feedback & goal-setting sessions.
✅ Develop and execute an L&D (Learning & Development) plan, ensuring each employee receives at least 2 skill enhancement trainings per year.
✅ Implement a structured leadership development program for high-potential employees.
✅ Position TRIOS as a preferred employer by increasing Glassdoor/LinkedIn employer ratings to 4.5+.
✅ Organize at least 4 employee engagement events per year, fostering team collaboration and a positive work culture.
✅ Develop and execute a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, ensuring TRIOS maintains a diverse and inclusive workforce.
