- Develop business in the Architectural and Corporate Office segment.
- Meet Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, PMCs and Corporate Clients.
- Generate product specifications and convert them into orders.
- Track commercial projects from design stage to order closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate orders.
- Coordinate with internal design and project teams for smooth execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Sales/B2B Sales.
- Experience in Lighting, Electrical, Building Materials, HVAC, Interior Products, Automation or Architectural Products.
- Existing network with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, PMCs or Developers is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
- Willing to travel across Pune and Mumbai.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
